Scotch Broth - Slow braised lamb & barley soup served with warm bread and butter


Potted hot smoked salmon beetroot, dill & Scottish oatcakes

 

The Main Event


Traditional Haggis champit tatties & skirlie with bashed neeps & carrots


Balmoral Pheasant cavolo nero on smoked bacon, wild mushroom & pearl barley pilaff

 

And to finish... Dessert


Cranachan Compote whipped cream single malt raspberry compote, toasted oats & all butter shortbread


Drambuie & orange bread & butter pudding with boozy custard
